About MGO Software
Founded to ship.
MGO Software Ltd is an application developer formed in the fourth quarter of 2026 in London EC1, serving clients worldwide. The company is new, and we’re upfront about that. The experience behind it isn’t.
Our story
Marketing instinct, engineering discipline.
Our director, Mitchell Galvin, brings more than fifteen years across marketing and technology and has built and run businesses from the ground up, from the first customer to the payroll, the budget and the hard calls.
That experience shapes how we build software. Code that works is the minimum. The real questions are whether people will use it, whether it pays back, and whether it can grow with the business. We set out to answer those before we start, not after we launch.
Too many projects are split between a strategist, a design agency and a development shop that rarely talk to each other. MGO Software puts strategy, design and engineering in one team, so the thinking carries through from the first workshop to the app store listing.
We’re a young company, so you won’t find a wall of logos or awards here. What you will find is direct access to the people doing the work, clear scopes and estimates, and the honesty to tell you when something isn’t worth building.
MGO Software Ltd is formed
London EC1. Custom apps, CRM systems, websites and branding under one roof.
Building in the open
Our first case study, Kao Jai, is being built and tested. We share what’s done and what isn’t.
Your project?

The director
Marketer. Technologist. Builder of businesses.
Mitchell Galvin is the director of MGO Software Ltd. He brings more than fifteen years across marketing and technology, from IT consultancy to client account leadership and running a company as CEO, and he has built businesses from the ground up.
“I tend to approach marketing the way I used to approach broken systems. Find the issue, dig into the data and fix it.”
Mitchell Galvin
Mitchell started his career in IT in the UK, in technical support, Microsoft Dynamics support and IT consultancy, and later as an IT engineer delivering infrastructure upgrades, system rollouts and site assessments for SME clients.
In 2017 he moved into marketing as National Account Director at Fresh Digital, managing strategic client accounts, running integrated campaigns across digital activations, performance marketing and brand strategy, and leading cross-functional teams.
From 2022 to 2025 he was Chief Executive Officer of Quirky Labs, a blockchain consultancy that helped startups and enterprises bring blockchain into their business models. He built partnerships, won client engagements and oversaw growth and delivery.
Today he works with law firms, managed service providers and professional-services firms on marketing that stands up to the data, and he leads MGO Software so that strategy, design and engineering sit in one team.

What we hold ourselves to.
Honest by default
We say what’s done, what isn’t and what it costs. No inflated timelines, no invented numbers, no vague “coming soon”.
Built to last
Tested, documented and set up so your team or anyone you choose can pick it up. Good software is easy to hand over.
Momentum
Small releases, often. You see progress every week, and real users start shaping the product sooner.
Clarity
Plain English in every proposal, update and interface. If we can’t explain it simply, we haven’t understood it yet.
Our approach
How working with us feels.
Start with the outcome
Every project begins with what success looks like for the business, then works back to features.
Written scope, clear estimate
You know what’s included, what isn’t and what each phase costs before work begins.
One point of contact
You talk to the people making decisions and doing the work, not a chain of account managers.
Privacy by design
We collect only what’s needed, protect what we keep and make deletion real.
Launch is the middle
Marketing, analytics and iteration are planned in from day one, not bolted on after release.
Your product, your accounts
We set things up so you hold the keys to your stores, domains and data.
